We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Beach Manager to lead our watersports operation for the 2026 season. 

You’ll oversee the daily running of the beach, manage and motivate a talented team of instructors, and ensure guests of all ages enjoy safe, engaging sessions on the water.

The Beach Manager sets the tone for the beach team, delivering training, maintaining high standards, and helping to create the unforgettable holiday moments Peligoni is known for.
